Demand Generation Marketing Manager at Canopy Connect. Location Information: USA,Canada. As Senior Demand Marketing Manager in a small but growing Marketing team, your primary focus will be on the development and ongoing execution of an efficient demand engine, but will extend into other areas including marketing operations. This will include amplifying our messaging through organic and paid channels, conversion optimization, email marketing, events, and campaign development. It’s through your demand generation and demand capture programs that will fuel the growth of our established markets (insurance agencies and networks), and forge a path into our growing API business (insurtechs, fintechs, insurance carriers, mortgage, auto lending). . You will be working closely with a small functional marketing team and reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing. This is an opportunity to get in early with a well-capitalized startup. . About you. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience planning and executing demand programs that leverage both inbound and outbound tactics. You’ll have support with content, messaging, and design, but you’ll need to be capable of doing it all yourself as well.. Specifically, you’ll need to have demonstrated competency in:. Marketing campaign planning and execution. Digital advertising (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Metadata.io). Hubspot Marketing and CRM . Copywriting. Demand measurement and reporting. AI Prompt Engineering. Project Management. Web content management (Webflow) and basic CSS & HTML . Responsibilities. Demand program development. —drive revenue through website signups, demo requests, and through sales teams.. Advertising. —manage Google search advertising, social media advertising, and evaluate sponsorships. You’ll write copy and use templated creatives. We use Metadata.io as an advertising platform, experience with Metadata.io is a plus.. Marketing operations. —track data and activities in Hubspot. Create and manage workflows for campaigns, data flow, and attribution. Manage reporting dashboards. Hubspot admin experience a plus.. Email marketing. —nurture leads through impactful email campaigns.. Cross-functional alignment. —you’ll work closely with the sales and product teams to agree on priorities and processes.. Measurement. —Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of demand creation activities, sales pipeline, sales cycle length, and revenue.. Testing and optimization. —drive continuous performance improvement and learning from tactics and campaigns.. Budgeting and forecasting. —recommend, manage, and adhere to a budget so that our investments make sense and are appropriate to our growth needs..
