Graphic Designer – Employer Branding & Internal Communications at Blackbaud. Location Information: India. About:. We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in India, focused on bringing our employer brand to life and enhancing internal communications. This role will support initiatives that engage employees, attract top talent, and reinforce our culture through compelling visual storytelling.. What you’ll do:. Employer Branding. Design visual assets for recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and social media.. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR to create branded materials for candidate engagement.. Develop templates and graphics for LinkedIn posts, Glassdoor, and other employer branding platforms.. Internal Communications. Create engaging visuals for internal newsletters, intranet, and employee events.. Support leadership communications with branded presentations and infographics.. Design assets for culture-building initiatives, DEI programs, and employee recognition.. Creative Collaboration. Work closely with global brand and creative teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.. Partner with internal stakeholders to understand design needs and deliver high-quality solutions.. Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.. Production & Asset Management. Maintain a library of reusable templates and design assets.. Ensure accessibility and consistency across all visual communications.. Support video editing and motion graphics as needed.. What you’ll bring:. 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in employer branding or internal communications.. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva.. Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and print work.. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.. Experience working in a global or cross-cultural environment is a plus.. Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field..
