This role will partner closely with leadership to shape organizational culture, support growth, and enhance employee experience.. Responsibilities:. Lead all aspects of HR, including talent management, employee relations, performance development, and compliance.. Partner with leadership to design and implement people strategies that align with business goals.. Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on organizational development, engagement, and retention strategies.. Oversee HR policies, procedures, and compliance with state and federal regulations.. Manage HR systems, analytics, and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.. Qualifications:. 7+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.. Strong background in employee relations, organizational design, and performance management.. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, scaling environment.. Deep understanding of California and multi-state employment law.. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required; SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred..
