Key Responsibilities. We’re looking for an . Outbound Omnichannel Lead. to own and optimize global outbound operations — ensuring flawless, on-time execution across . Amazon FBA, B2B, and D2C. channels.. You’ll lead day-to-day operations with international 3PLs, align outbound capacity with forecasts, and build automation to increase visibility, speed, and accuracy. This is a high-impact, analytical, and hands-on role — ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of logistics, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.. Global Outbound Operations. Oversee daily outbound performance across . Amazon FBA, B2B, D2C, and international 3PLs. , meeting all SLA and OTP targets.. Manage . Transfer Orders (TOs). from creation to delivery across multiple GEOs.. Coordinate . special orders and marketing activations. (samples, events, launches).. Plan . 3PL capacity. aligned with forecasts and major campaigns.. Amazon Operations. Lead . FBA replenishments, removals, and aged inventory. to maintain 99% instock and <3.5% aged stock.. Reconcile ERP vs. Seller Central data and resolve discrepancies.. Automate . inbound and inventory tracking. processes for efficiency.. Performance & Optimization.
