The Marketing Manager, Incentives at CALSTART will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to promote our initiatives in these sectors. This position requires a dynamic and creative leader with a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sustainable transportation solutions. The Marketing Manager will report to the Deputy Director of Marketing, Trucks, Off-Road, and Bus and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. . Duties & Responsibilities. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing initiatives that elevate awareness, engagement, and adoption of voucher incentive programs while establishing brand consistency across channels. Create compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences to drive measurable business impact. . This role will orchestrate the end-to-end marketing strategy for CALSTART’s zero-emission vehicle initiatives and incentive programs, from conceptualization through execution, including the launch of a new brand, website, and content ecosystem. The Marketing Manager will own the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for voucher incentive programs, brand development, content creation, and campaign management—building the framework from the ground up and driving continuous improvement through data-informed decision-making. . Marketing & Communications. Develop Marketing Strategy. : Create data-driven marketing plans aligned with business goals to reach target audiences. . Execute Marketing Plans. : Implement marketing tactics across channels while managing timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or equivalent experience . Proven project management skills and the ability to bring structure to ambiguity . Strong communication skills with cross-functional leadership experience . Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail . Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., .
