As a Graphic Designer, you have an opportunity to directly influence branding, content, and customer experiences across all channels. . You’ll be a key contributor to our brand’s visual identity across digital platforms. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling, on-brand assets that elevate our campaigns and customer experience. This role blends creative ideation with hands-on execution, requiring a strong design eye, technical proficiency, and strategic thinking. . As a Graphic Designer, a typical day might include a mix of the following: . Designing and producing digital assets for campaigns, promotions, and product launches across multiple channels including web, email, social media, paid media (both static and animated), and retail environments —ensuring a seamless and engaging direct-to-consumer experience. . Collaborating closely with Brand, Marketing, and DTC teams to strategize, refine, and optimize both new and existing collateral. . Driving the full creative process, from ideation through to final execution, ensuring assets align with overall design strategy. . Partnering with the creative team to develop campaigns and maintain consistent brand standards by adhering to established guidelines. . Identifying opportunities to streamline asset production, boost efficiency, and improve quality. . Providing support to fellow creative team members as needed. . Staying up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate creative output. . Other responsibilities as assigned by your manager. . The Details: . Location: We are based in Seattle, WA. While we prefer local candidates, we are flexible on location . Hours: Typical PST business hours, some flexibility required . Physical requirements: Ability to handle both sitting and screen time for long periods of time . Travel requirements: Minimal travel may be required for team meetings or events . What you’ll bring to the table: . 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment . Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent experience . Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns and marketing collateral . Professional experience with graphic animation and incorporating video into assets . Proven ability to create across 360°/multichannel campaigns . Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) . Ability to prioritize effectively and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines . Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills . Keen attention to detail . Strong production skills with an ability to take direction and collaborate effectively across diverse teams . Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to fully understand project scopes and articulate design concepts clearly . What can help you really stand out: .
