Oversee all core accounting operations — general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and fixed assets.. Lead month-end and year-end close, ensuring timely and accurate reporting aligned with GAAP.. Manage consolidated financials across multiple entities for accuracy and compliance.. Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures to safeguard assets.. Partner with FP&A and business leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.. Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team, fostering accountability and collaboration.. Oversee cash flow, treasury operations, and banking relationships to optimize liquidity.. Ensure compliance with audits, debt covenants, tax, and regulatory requirements.. Manage annual audit processes and relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and banks.. Support investor due diligence and strategic financial initiatives.. What will you bring . Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).. CPA required (or in active pursuit).. 7 -10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in leadership.. Strong understanding of GAAP and internal control frameworks.. Experience in technology or SaaS environments strongly preferred. Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks Enterprise, or similar)..
