
Facility Coordinator at Fortive. Location Information: USA. Monitor and respond to incoming service requests via Zendesk. Prioritize and triage requests based on urgency and impact. Dispatch service requests to vendors and follow up to ensure timely resolution. Provide basic training and support to clients and vendors on ServiceChannel tools. Collaborate with Facility Managers to coordinate services and special projects. Add and onboard vendors, ensuring they understand procedures and compliance requirements. Review work orders for cost-saving opportunities (e.g., warranty, landlord responsibility). Track and document all service requests and resolutions accurately. Evaluate emergency work orders and escalate as needed. Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and vendors. Identify and report system issues to the Support and Development teams. Contribute to a collaborative team environment through knowledge sharing and cross-training. Work under the guidance of a Lead Facility Coordinator, contributing to team goals and learning best practices Ability to learn quickly, follow processes, and adapt to feedback. Experience in facilities maintenance, customer service, or software support.
