Partner Manager at Fortive. Location Information: USA. Study industry trends and analyze data to formulate business cases for new strategic initiatives and partner-related programs. Present business cases to internal stakeholders as well as senior leadership. Lead internal alignment across product, sales, marketing, legal, and finance teams to launch and scale strategic partnerships. Facilitate partner-sourced leads and opportunities by collaborating effectively with Account Executives, Account Managers, and leadership to ensure swift progress, secure alignment, and gain appropriate approvals throughout ServiceChannel's sale process. Support the end-to-end partner onboarding process, including product demo coordination, management of NDA and legal workflows, facilitation of internal approvals, and execution of partnership agreements. Monitor and maintain data integrity across Salesforce, Partner Portal, Power BI, and finance reports, ensuring opportunities are tracked accurately and moved through defined stages in a timely manner. Maintain and nurture existing partnerships through regular meetings as well as strategic business reviews, ensuring strong relationships and mutual success. Support early-stage partnership discovery by sourcing and evaluating new opportunities that align with the team's strategic direction and the needs of the broader organization Development and distribution of internal and external partner enablement materials; collaborate with Sales Enablement and Marketing to promote partnership value across the organization. Over 5 years of experience in business development, sales, BDR functions, or partnerships, with a strong focus on building strong business cases with the ability to drive programs forward. Experience in the SaaS or tech industry is preferred. Strong organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail and data accuracy. Proficient in managing processes within Salesforce. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create strategic presentations and present to senior leadership Highly proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn; adept at managing ambiguity and evolving priorities. Strong interest in partnerships, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, and developing scalable business programs. Bachelor's degree required. MBA preferred.
