Must have:. 3+ years of performance marketing experience in web user acquisition, preferably in high-growth environments. Expert-level experience managing campaigns in Facebook Ads. Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and LTV. Hands-on experience setting up and managing conversion tracking using tools like Google Tag Manager and GA4. Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities. Experience with A/B testing frameworks and conversion rate optimization (CRO) for web. Solid understanding of web attribution models and tools (e.g., last-click vs. data-driven attribution, first-party tracking). Proficiency using tools like Looker, Tableau or similar BI tools to analyze and visualize data. Proficient in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI Studio) to boost campaign efficiency and ideation. Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. Upper-intermediate or advanced proficiency in English. Market research and competitors analysis. Driving incremental growth through performance-focused campaign strategy and rapid experimentation. Collaborating with product, analytics, and creative teams to create effective landing pages and campaign assets. Generating insights from performance data and proactively identifying areas of opportunity. Staying up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and evolving privacy regulations.
