
Advertising Agency - Senior Account Executive at RPM Advertising. Location Information: USA - Central. Senior Advertising Account Executive (Remote). We are currently seeking a Senior Account Executive to be an essential part of our team at RPM Advertising, a full-service advertising agency based in Chicago. We’re looking for someone to serve as the primary client contact on day-to-day development and implementation of marketing communications programs. This is a remote position without need for relocation but would need to work on CST hours.. Responsibilities:. • Primary client contact managing creative and media projects. • Reports to VP Account Director and will manage 2-4 direct reports. • Works closely with creative and media teams to initiate projects and keep them informed of any change requests. • Develops creative briefs for projects to communicate details, client feedback and timing. • Proofs layouts, copy and content before sending to client. • Coordinates and prepares billings and invoicing for clients. • Keeps client informed on status of all projects including completion and distribution of weekly status reports, production timelines or other verbal or written updates. • Coordinates development and client approval of estimates for all client-related projects. • Works with senior account staff in preparation of client plans & recommendations. • Provides thought leadership. • Advises, motivates and mentors junior team member. • Understands Client-Partner’s business and the associated news regarding the company, updates brand team on any pertinent news. • Remains knowledgeable at all times about the status of projects and makes sure work is completed accurately and on time and keeps direct supervisor informed of the status of projects and alerts them to any possible problems. Skills and Qualifications:. • The ability to take action without direction from others; to anticipate and develop solutions to problems while maintaining constructive behavior. • Must have excellent communications skills, i.e., verbal and written. • BA required, prefer strong communications background, or concentration in liberal arts for advertising/marketing/PR majors. • 2 - 5 years of agency (preferred) or related communication industry experience that provides an understanding of advertising, marketing, media, creative, production, research, direct marketing, agency, finance, etc.. • Some supervisory experience is required. • Team member must have advanced experience with MS Office with intermediate or higher status with PowerPoint
