This role is pivotal in scaling our global teams, shaping culture, and ensuring we attract, retain, and grow world-class talent. You’ll work hand-in-hand with executive leadership to align people initiatives with business goals, driving organizational excellence in a remote-first, high-growth environment.. Lead & Develop. : Manage the People department, mentoring HR professionals and elevating their impact.. Talent Strategy. : Design and execute acquisition and retention strategies that secure top global talent.. Performance & Engagement. : Build and optimize performance management programs to maximize engagement and productivity.. Learning & Development. : Collaborate cross-functionally to implement programs that support continuous growth..
