We’re looking for a Growth Marketer specialized in Ad Networks & CRO to build and scale high-performing campaigns across non-traditional paid channels like AppLovin, Unity Ads, Taboola, and native platforms.. Paid Media & Scaling. Launch and scale high-performing campaigns across . AppLovin, Unity, Taboola. , and other non-social ad networks.. Own . budgeting, bidding, and testing. to optimize efficiency and profitability.. Run structured experiments across placements, creatives, and funnels β€” . analyzing and iterating fast.. Expand and diversify traffic sources beyond traditional paid social.. Conversion Optimization. Design and analyze . A/B and multivariate tests. across landing and checkout flows.. Optimize for . profit per visitor. , balancing CVR, AOV, and margins.. Apply CRO levers β€” urgency, social proof, pricing, personalization β€” to boost conversion.. Creative & Messaging Strategy.
