Strong technical SEO knowledge, with experience improving site architecture, crawlability, indexation, and performance.. Skilled in keyword strategy, content optimization, and analytics, with the ability to connect SEO activity directly to commercial impact.. Demonstrated ability to manage, coach, and grow SEO talent, fostering high performance, curiosity, and continuous learning within the team.. Experience working within a global, matrixed structure, balancing central strategy with local market needs.. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to clearly demonstrate the value of SEO and advocate for its importance across technical and non-technical teams..
