Senior Director of Renewals at Modern Health. Location Information: USA. The Role. We are seeking a Senior Director of Renewals to own, refine, and drive the renewal strategy for our client base. This leader will wake up every day focused on protecting and growing our recurring revenue, ensuring our customers renew with confidence, and contributing directly to our mission of delivering mental health support at scale.. The right person brings both a strategic mindset and an operational rigor—someone who can look around corners, anticipate risks, and build scalable systems while also coaching a high-performing team to execute with excellence. This is a highly visible, mission-critical role that blends strategic leadership with hands-on ownership of renewal outcomes.. This position is not eligible to be performed in Hawaii.. What You’ll Do. Own Renewal Performance:. Build and execute strategies that proactively protect and grow recurring revenue. The Senior Director of Renewals will also be expected to manage their own book of high tough renewals as a player/coach role. . Lead & Inspire:. Manage, coach, and scale a team responsible for renewal execution ensuring they are equipped to manage conversations, remove friction, and close renewals on time.. Drive a Proactive Strategy:. Develop and own a forward-looking renewal playbook that anticipates risks and engages clients early, reducing surprises at renewal time. . Use Data to Inform Decisions:. Build and leverage data-driven insights to forecast, identify churn patterns, segment accounts, and tailor proactive strategies that drive retention and expansion.. Forecast with Accuracy:. Lead renewal forecasting and pipeline management to ensure predictability and transparency of retention performance across the business.. Identify Expansion:. Work cross-functionally to monitor accounts, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure expansion signals are acted on through automation and human-led plays.. Leverage Insights:. Build systems and processes to identify churn risks early, communicate trends to leadership, and drive action plans across the business.. Be Customer-Centric:.
