We are over 550 professionals and currently looking for a Systems Engineer to join our Edge Network CDN product.. Job Description. About the Role . We are building the next generation of our Edge Network platform and are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead teams developing high-performance edge systems. Edge network are computing and networking capabilities deployed close to end users and includes CDN, security, compute, dns, traffic management services. Our stack includes nginx/C/lua, Rust, eBPF, a lot of Go services powering configuration pipeline, orchestration, observability, log delivery. This role blends people leadership with strong technical expertise - you will coach engineers, guide technical decisions, and ensure reliable, performant delivery. . What You’ll Do . Lead and grow multiple engineering teams working on Edge Networking services. . Partner with Product and SRE to deliver scalable, high-reliability systems. . Guide technical design and implementation across data/management/control planes. . Ensure high engineering standards in code quality, architecture, and operations. . Drive hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and career development. . Build a culture of ownership, learning, and technical excellence. . Qualifications. What We’re Looking For . Proven experience managing or leading engineering teams. . Strong technical background in systems engineering, networking, or distributed services. . Solid knowledge of Linux, performance optimization, and large-scale production systems, concurrent and async programming. . Hands-on experience with Go, C, Rust, or similar system-level programming. . Strong communication skills and ability to align across multiple teams. . Nice to Have . Background in CDN, edge networking, or high-throughput infrastructure. . Familiarity with BPF, Nginx/OpenResty, tokio, or large-scale config systems. .
