Security Manager at AlmavivA de Belgique. Location Information: Germany. Role of the Security Manager. Deep expertise in cybersecurity and identity governance for financial institutions. Leads solution design and delivery of secure architectures, ensuring compliance with standards like ISO27001, GDPR, and NIS2. Coordinates cross-functional teams to implement IAM, SOC, and data protection strategies. Experienced in risk management, technical sales, and aligning security with business goals.. Responsibilities:. · Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies aligned with business goals and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO27001, GDPR, NIS2) and tailored to financial institutions, ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks and business goals. · Monitor emerging technology trends to anticipate risks and adapt security architectures to evolving threats and compliance requirements.. · Manage information security and risk, ensuring data protection, threat mitigation, compliance across systems and processes and secure access across critical financial systems.. · Oversee IT governance and knowledge management, promoting secure practices, awareness, and continuous improvement across teams and stakeholders.. Qualifications, experience and skills. Essential:. · Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.. · Certifications such as CISM, AWS Certified Security – Specialty or ISO27001 audit. · Strong knowledge of ISO27001, GDPR, and NIS2 compliance frameworks... · Excellent command of English (C1 level), both written and spoken.. Desirable:. · Additional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or IT governance (e.g., COBIT, ITIL) are a plus.. · Knowledge of additional EU languages.. · Experience in international or European institutions or large-scale multi-vendor projects.. Competencies. The successful candidate will demonstrate the potential to:. · Over 15 years in cybersecurity roles, with leadership in Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects for financial institutions.. · Proven track record in managing international teams and delivering secure solutions across Europe and the Middle East.. · Experience in technical sales, solution architecture, and project management within finance.. · Familiarity with large-scale digital transformation or cloud migration projects.. · Communicate effectively with technical stakeholders.. · Negotiate effectively in an international and multicultural environment..
