Senior Compliance Manager.  will oversee the company’s compliance program, ensuring robust internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) and IT General Controls (ITGCs) in alignment with COSO and SOX 404 requirements for public companies. This role manages the full compliance lifecycle — from risk assessment and control design to testing, remediation, and reporting. The Senior Manager will collaborate closely with finance, IT, and external auditors to uphold the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of the company’s financial reporting.. What You’ll Be Doing:. Compliance & Controls Management. Lead and manage the company’s . SOX compliance program. , including financial reporting controls and IT General Controls impacting financial systems and applications.. Conduct comprehensive . risk assessments. to identify key financial and IT control risks.. Evaluate the . design and operating effectiveness. of internal controls, ensuring alignment with organizational and regulatory standards.. Coordinate and facilitate . testing activities. with process owners and external auditors.. Identify control deficiencies, recommend and oversee remediation plans, and track resolution progress.. Maintain clear, current documentation of processes, controls, and testing results.. Provide guidance and training on compliance requirements, internal control best practices, and regulatory updates.. Internal Audit Leadership. Plan and lead . internal audit projects. , including country-specific audits, to assess internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.. Develop and execute . risk-based audit plans. aligned with business priorities and compliance objectives.. Present audit findings, recommendations, and action plans to senior leadership .
