Senior TA Systems Analyst at Tekion. Location Information: USA. Job Summary. We are looking for a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Systems Analyst to join our People Systems team. This role will be pivotal in maximizing the effectiveness and efficiency of our talent acquisition (TA) technology stack, with a focus on Ashby and Greenhouse. You’ll be the expert ensuring our TA systems drive both operational excellence and data-driven decision making across the entire recruitment lifecycle.. You’ll be responsible for system administration, troubleshooting, and supporting process improvements across our TA platforms. This is a strategic and operational role that helps drive recruiting excellence through technology.. This is a remote position assigned to the . United States  . territory. Candidates must reside within the territory and be willing to travel approximately . 10%. of the time, which may include overnight stays and various modes of transportation. Territory assignments may evolve over time based on business needs; however, any changes would be communicated in advance and would not require relocation.. Key Responsibilities. ATS Optimization & Administration.  Serve as subject matter expert and system administrator for Ashby and Greenhouse. Own configurations, workflow management, permissioning, troubleshooting, user support, and regular system audits.. TA Systems Strategy. Partner closely with TA leaders, People business partners, and IT to identify opportunities to enhance how talent systems support strategic and operational objectives across sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.. Process Improvement. Analyze and refine TA processes through deep system and data analysis to increase recruiter productivity, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction. Assist in the rollout of new features, enhancements, and system updates across Talent Acquisition platforms.. TA Data Governance & Compliance . Ensure data integrity and compliance with all relevant regulations (e.g., EEO, OFCCP, GDPR), manage audits, and implement best practices for managing sensitive candidate data.. User Enablement & Training. Develop TA systems training, conduct onboarding for new users, create job aids/documentation, and drive user adoption for new features.. Evaluation & Implementation. Assess new systems or enhancements, lead pilots or rollouts, and ensure alignment with business needs. Act as a subject matter expert for AI-driven recruitment solutions by evaluating, implementing and maintaining automation tools within the TA platforms.. Qualifications. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience. Must have Ashby ATS experience . 6 + years working directly with talent acquisition systems as an analyst, administrator, or technical lead, including hands-on (admin-level) experience with Ashby and Greenhouse. Deep understanding of modern end-to-end recruiting processes and systems. Experience with systems integration, API utilization, and data flow mapping across TA and HR tools. Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage technical TA projects from requirements gathering to implementation. Excellent communication skills; able to translate technical issues for non-technical audiences and vice versa. Committed to high standards of accuracy, data privacy, and ethical handling of information. Preferred. :. Experience supporting or migrating between major ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse to Ashby). Familiarity with additional TA technology (sourcing, scheduling, onboarding, etc.). Experience with change management and technology adoption within recruiting functions.
