Maintain and evolve SOPs and playbooks to ensure timely execution.. Cross-Functional Collaboration (20%). Partner with Sales, Marketing, Support, and other teams to align operations with regional priorities and initiatives.. Assessments & Process Improvements (20%). Lead benchmarking efforts, map workflows, and implement friction-reducing improvements.. Team Leadership & Development (15%). Set goals, conduct reviews, and foster a culture of accountability and growth. Build succession plans and drive team engagement.. Compliance & Governance (15%). Ensure adherence to legal, security, and internal standards. Maintain audit-ready documentation and proactively mitigate risks.. Tools & Systems Liaison (10%). What You Bring. 5+ years in operations, including 1+ year in a leadership role. Proven experience in process development, SOPs, and KPI reporting. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Comfort with Lean principles and documenting workflows. Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Power BI, JIRA, and Monday.com. Experience working with offshore/nearshore teams is a plus. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. Certifications like Lean Six Sigma or PMP are preferred. What Sets You Apart.
