What you'll do. We are seeking a highly skilled and outcome-driven . Business Operations Specialist . to support our Engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving and supporting operational excellence, enabling team efficiency, and supporting key strategic initiatives. You will work cross-functionally to ensure the team runs smoothly, scales effectively, and delivers against its goals.. Key Responsibilities:. OKR Support & Insights: . Gather and analyze data to support OKR (Objectives & Key Results) reviews, identifying trends and delivering actionable insights.. Reporting & Presentation: . Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive materials that provide clear visibility into team performance, progress, and strategic alignment.. KPI Tracking: . Monitor and track key performance indicators to assess the operational health of the Engineering organization.. Operational Efficiency: . Identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and lead initiatives to streamline processes and enhance productivity.. Team Scaling & Onboarding: . Support the team’s growth by managing aspects of hiring, onboarding processes, and development of documentation and training materials.. Compliance & Auditing: . Coordinate compliance requirements and support internal/external audit readiness.. Project Support: . Assist in the delivery and reporting of key engineering projects, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.. What you'll bring. An analytical mindset; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau,Looker).. Clear, concise communicator with the ability to identify actionable insights.. Organized, self-motivated, and eager to take initiative.. Positive, team-first mindset with a bias toward action and continuous improvement.. Experience in Agile or SaaS environments would be beneficial.
