Take full ownership of core payment metrics (e.g., approval ratio, payment funnel performance) and ensure they are reliably tracked and in a consistent manner;. Present data-driven recommendations that drive decisive action across Product & Engineering;. Develop a clear analytical framework for understanding the metrics performance and strategic contributions;. Demonstrated experience in interpreting data and delivering high-impact solutions to stakeholders;. Proficiency in SQL, Python and Tableau (or other data visualization tools);.
