Dive into sales performance metrics to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.. Help maintain and improve . executive dashboards. in Salesforce and Excel that track pipeline health and sales activity.. CRM & Process Optimization. Keep Salesforce data clean, accurate, and actionable for better reporting and forecasting.. Support . lead routing and territory management. through LeanData.. Streamline reporting and automate manual tasks to make our team more efficient.. Sales Enablement & Tools Management. Build and organize sales enablement resources using . Spekit. to help reps learn and sell faster.. Optimize tools like . Outreach. and . Qualified. to enhance productivity and engagement.. Cross-Functional Collaboration. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and GTM teams to support ongoing initiatives.. Contribute to special projects that improve how our sales team operates and grows.. Location:.  Remote  . Hours:. 10-20 hours per week. Qualifications. What You’ll Bring. Currently pursuing (or recently graduated with) a degree in . Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Systems. , or a related field.. Proficiency in . Excel. (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, data visualization).. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.. A self-starter mindset with the ability to collaborate in a team environment.. Availability for 10-20.  hours per week.  (remote).. Bonus Points For. Familiarity with . Salesforce. or other CRM systems.. Experience with tools like . Outreach, LeanData, Qualified, or Spekit. .. Exposure to . data visualization. tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).. Previous experience in sales operations or enablement roles.. Additional Information. The pay range for this role is $16 - $18 per hour for actual hours worked. Where you fall within the pay range is based on how you demonstrate the attributes and competencies required for the role..  . We mostly reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for internal growth.
