Lead the development and evolution of products in the Data & AI domain – from analytics platforms to AI-powered tools – ensuring they meet business needs and deliver tangible outcomes. . Manage product roadmaps and backlogs, ensuring smooth planning and on-time delivery through close collaboration with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders. . Identify opportunities where data or AI can bring measurable business value, define hypotheses, and coordinate experiments or Proofs of Concept to validate them. . Develop and implement effective Go-To-Market strategies for our products. . Continuously improve product quality and efficiency by leveraging user feedback, data analytics, and usage insights. . Drive the adoption and integration of data and AI solutions across the organization. . Qualifications. What you’ll bring: . 3+ years of experience. as a Product Manager in a leading technology, consulting, or e-commerce company – combining strong technical understanding with strategic thinking. . Solid foundation in data analytics, engineering, or AI/ML, enabling you to bridge technical aspects with business goals. . Understanding of . cloud technologies, big data environments, and/or AI platforms. . . Experience managing . autonomous, cross-functional teams. using tools and methodologies such as JIRA, Confluence, Scrum, LeSS, and Data Mesh. . Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. . Fluency in English. (both written and spoken). . Nice to have: . Hands-on experience with . data governance, data modeling, or machine learning technologies. . . Familiarity with . medallion architecture, star schema. , or . data lakehouse concepts. . . Knowledge of . Data Mesh principles. or . AI lifecycle management. . . International work experience or exposure to global teams.
