Senior Software Engineer. at Roadie, you’ll design and build systems that power large-scale logistics solutions. Your work will evolve the architecture and design of the backend frameworks to meet the ever-increasing scalability and performance requirements. The ideal candidate has deep technical experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to do more than write code. . What You’ll Do. Design, build, and maintain core services and infrastructure that power Roadie’s logistics platform. Identify and address performance bottlenecks to ensure reliability and scalability. Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and other engineers to design and deliver high-impact features. Serve as a technical owner for key services and components, providing guidance and mentorship within your team. Participate in design reviews and code reviews, helping raise the technical bar across the team. Take projects from concept to production, balancing pragmatism with technical excellence.
