Responsible for processing and reconciling payroll for our professionals. Responsible for processing and reconciling expense reports for our professionals. Generate bills to our clients using various cost reports. Work closely with a billing specialist to ensure accuracy on all bills. Ensure accuracy on all client bills. Protect company’s integrity by keeping client information confidential . What we're looking for:. 2-3+ years of accounting experience, including AP and Billing. Experience with billing cost-plus contracts. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle a high volume of time sensitive materials. Foreign currency to USD conversion experience preferred, but not required. Demonstrated interpersonal, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
