We’re looking for a . detail-oriented and analytical Billing Analyst. with 2+ years of experience supporting billing and financial operations, who thrives in cross-functional environments and drives impact through accuracy, structure, and data-driven execution.. About the Role. As a Billing Analyst at Blossom, you will play a key role in supporting the Billing & Vendor Management function for a leading core and digital banking company. . This is a temporary position for an initial period of 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.. In this role, you will focus on billing accuracy, data analysis, and operational support, ensuring customer invoicing and vendor-related information is correct, timely, and compliant. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Procurement teams to support billing processes and identify opportunitieor improvement.. Key Responsibilities. Analyze and validate customer billing and invoicing data to ensure accuracy and completeness.. Support the billing cycle by identifying inconsistencies, discrepancies, or risks before invoicing.. Assist in vendor onboarding and vendor data management, ensuring documentation and billing details are correct.. Maintain and analyze billing records, contracts, pricing data, and vendor information.. Prepare reports and dashboards related to billing performance, revenue tracking, and operational metrics.. Serve as a point of contact for billing-related inquiries, coordinating with internal teams.. Support process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability within billing operations.. Assist with audits, reconciliations, and internal controls related to billing and vendor management.. Requirements. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.. 2–4 years of experience in billing, financial operations, revenue operations, or analyst roles.. Experience working with ERP or accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar).. Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.. Ability to work with billing data, contracts, pricing models, and reports.. Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, data validation, analysis).. Familiarity with CRM and billing tools is a plus.. Strong organizational and documentation skills.. Advanced . English level (C1 or higher). ..
