Community Manager (Tech) | Discord, Bots, API Integrations | English at 5CA. Location Information: Latin America. About The Job. This is a community role with a technical edge. You will run community operations on Discord, and you will also support the systems behind it: bots, automations, reward workflows, webhooks, and API-based integrations. You do not need to be a full-time developer, but you need to be confident operating technical tooling and troubleshooting issues.. You will:. Run day-to-day community operations: engagement, support, moderation, incident handling.. Manage Discord server setup: channels, roles, permissions, onboarding, and safety settings.. Maintain and improve Discord bots for activations and events, including custom commands and automation solutions.. Maintain and support Discord linking flows (API and in-game account linking to Discord where relevant) and improve the reliability of related tooling.. Create and manage events, voting, activations, and closed-beta channels and workflows when needed.. Process ranked CSVs and activation result files and execute accurate mass reward granting and monthly benefit distribution.. Maintain activity tracking and operational reporting (messages, bans, bugs, tickets).. Support sponsor requests, approvals, and spend tracking, plus monthly creator evaluations and audits where required.. Document fixes, propose tooling improvements, and communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.. About you. You have administered Discord servers before and understand roles, permissions, structure, and moderation tooling.. You have worked with bots and automations before (setup, maintenance, troubleshooting).. You have used webhooks or API integrations before and can debug common failures..
