International CX Specialist . to join our Customer Experience team. This role operates in a dynamic and fast‑changing environment. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing customer experience (CX) across international markets to improve user satisfaction and increase conversion rates. You will ensure consistency of customer experiences across all brand touchpoints and support the company’s international expansion. . Key Responsibilities:. Analyze and understand customer needs in both the Polish and international markets. . Design and optimize services, including user experiences with APM machines, websites, and mobile applications (service design). . Monitor and analyze performance of implemented solutions and continuously improve them. . Participate in user research and usability testing. . Ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints. . Create personas, customer journey maps, and other CX-related tools. . Lead and manage projects from a CX perspective. . Qualifications. Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Experience in international companies (including creating customer journeys and personas). . Minimum 2 years of experience in user research and data analysis. . Minimum 2 years of experience in service design. . Strong knowledge of UX principles and proficiency in design tools, including expert-level Figma skills. . Ability to conduct user research and derive insights from data. . Strong analytical skills and process‑oriented thinking. . Experience in project management. . Creative problem‑solving skills and an innovative mindset. . Very good command of English (B2/C1). . Excellent communication skills, independence, quality orientation, and the ability to build relationships with external stakeholders. . Nice to have: experience in e‑commerce/fintech, familiarity with Agile methodologies, project or analytical certifications, knowledge of French or Italian at B2 level. .
