We are a 50-state physician, registered nurse, and genetic counselor network with a strong care coordination and patient support team and technology infrastructure.. We are looking for a board-certified physician licensed in multiple states, who is passionate about expanding access to care by providing focused telehealth consultations to our patients.. Key Responsibilities:. Telehealth Consultations:. Utilize clinical expertise to conduct comprehensive telehealth sessions via phone and/or video, adhering to state telemedicine regulatory guidelines.. Patient Assessments:. Perform in-depth evaluations to understand patients' health histories, lifestyle factors, and genetic predispositions.. Personalized Treatment Plans:. Develop and implement individualized care plans incorporating nutritional therapy, lifestyle modifications, stress management techniques, and supplements.. Patient Education:. Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-care techniques.. Preferred Qualifications:. Multi Medical Licensure:. Active and in good standing.. Board Certification:.
