Senior Tech Writer at Blackbaud. Location Information: India. Blackbaud is searching for an experienced Technical Writer to join our Strategic Content Development team. As a Technical Writer, you should have a passion for creating content to guide andassistour customers as they further their missions. Our Technical Writers develop user interface text, in-product help, web sites, blog and social media posts, videos, and other content for our products. Our Technical Writers interact with a wide variety of stakeholders within our company. You will be a member of a cross-functional, high-performing team consisting of Software Engineers, User Experience Designers, Product Managers, and other Technical Writers.. What you'll do:. Develop customer-centered userassistancecontent that enhances the user experience and adds value to our software products. Evaluate and respond quicky to feedback about userassistancecontent and follow up with the source of the feedback. Work with and produce content for multiple projects and teams that have concurrent andshiftingdeadlines. Produce work that meets the standards of both Blackbaud and our clients. Research and learnnew technologiesastools and methodologies change for the creation of userassistancecontent. Interact with Subject Matter Experts to efficiently gather information with the goal of becoming an expert on the products you document. Work closely with other team members and show initiative in improving overall userassistancecontent and processes. Contribute to product development by offering feedback on product prototypes, developed code, and general user perspective. ​. What you'll bring:. Minimum of 5 years of related experience. Strong writing and communication abilities, editing skills, and attention to detail. Enthusiastic work ethic, passion for technology, and the discipline to manage multiple tasks.
