About the Role. . You will oversee the delivery of email campaigns, flows, and SMS programmes for our clients. While you won't be building campaigns yourself, you'll play a key role in ensuring strategic alignment, execution quality, and client satisfaction. The role offers exposure to AI tools, marketing automations, retention strategy, and commercial growth initiatives.. .  . . Responsibilities. . . Support the implementation and execution of email marketing strategies. . Own project coordination, timelines, and cross-functional communication. . Analyse performance data, identify insights, and contribute to optimisation recommendations. . Prepare and confidently present performance reports and strategic insights to clients. . Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clarity, trust, and momentum. . Develop strong working knowledge of Klaviyo, automations, and retention best practices. . . What We're Looking For. . . Highly organised, proactive, and commercially minded. . Strong communicator with confidence managing client relationships. . Comfortable interpreting data and translating it into clear client-facing insights. . Curious and technically inclined, with an interest in AI and automation. . Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable giving and receiving feedback. . Focused on long-term client retention and account growth. . . Requirements. . . Excellent written and spoken English. . Full-time availability (UK timezone). . Prior experience in email marketing (Klaviyo preferred). . Familiarity with agency workflows and tools such as Asana or Slack is a plus. .
