Key Responsibilities. The mission of the Growth Marketing Manager – Acquisition is to . accelerate Trafilea’s customer acquisition strategies through cutting-edge paid media, AI-powered marketing, and creative experimentation. . This role leads the acquisition funnel end-to-end, balancing scale with efficiency (CAC, ROAS, LTV) and ensuring Trafilea stays ahead of fast-evolving digital marketing trends. Beyond execution, the role requires a strategic, entrepreneurial mindset, strong creative instincts, and leadership of cross-functional teams to shape the future of our brands. Strategic Leadership & Performance Growth. Architect best-in-class acquisition strategies across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging channels.. Manage high-budget, multi-channel media investments, balancing efficiency and scale.. Build rapid experimentation frameworks to test, iterate, and scale winning campaigns.. Creative Strategy & Funnel Optimization. Partner with Creative Strategy leads to co-develop high-performing campaigns.. Optimize landing pages, product pages, checkout flows, and post-purchase experiences.. Translate customer pain points and motivations into data-driven messaging strategies.. AI-Driven Marketing & Data-Led Decision Making. Implement AI-powered tools for media automation, bidding, and predictive analytics.. Work with BI teams to develop real-time dashboards and ensure data accuracy in decision-making.. Continuously stay updated on AI developments, platform changes, and industry trends..
