This is an exciting role for the individual to gain and expand their broad spectrum of cross functional interactions and contribute to non-standard commercial agreements or Order Forms (OF). This role will work to appropriately structure the deal to be a ‘Win-Win’ for both the customers and Twilio!  You will be passionate, dedicated and have the ability to understand complex problems while providing explanations and solutions which are sound and clearly communicated.  . Responsibilities:. Support the development of pricing strategies that align with company financial goals, ensuring deals meet required profitability, revenue, and governance standards.. Perform in-depth pricing and financial analysis using spreadsheets to guide deal structuring, margin considerations, and commercial recommendations for strategic and complex opportunities. . Provide end-to-end quote to signature support for AEs, including: CPQ quote building, pricing and order form approvals assistance, OF creation, Docusign execution and opportunity closure. Ensure forward deal momentum while providing excellent customer service to our Sales partners, as well as troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve issues with deal velocity especially during month and quarter end.. Establish trusted working relationships with Deal Desk team members, Commercial Legal, Billing Operations, GTM Finance, and Sales.. Help educate, guide, and ensure that the Sales and GTM Operations Team follows the proper internal contracting policies and processes.. Under supervision of manager or senior team member, collaborate with sales to create non-standard language requests for contracting (order form)  in compliance with corporate policies.. If no degree, a minimum of 4 years relevant experience is required.. Advanced Excel or Google Sheets financial modelling and scenario analysis skills. A diligent, detail oriented skill set, able to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple responsibilities at one time, while remaining extremely organized..
