Job Responsibilities. We’re looking for an . FP&A Specialist. who wants more than maintaining spreadsheets — someone who wants to . improve systems, automate reporting, and turn financial data into clear business insight. .. Build and improve . weekly and monthly P&L reporting. , reforecasting, and business planning. Analyze deviations vs plan, identify risks and opportunities, and . drive actions. , not just insights. Create . management-ready financial presentations. covering P&L, KPIs, and cash burn. Partner closely with . Marketing, Operations, Leadership, Accounting, Treasury, and BI. Improve FP&A processes end-to-end: . clarity, speed, accuracy, automation. Help establish a culture where . every dollar spent is driven by the business plan. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.. 5–6+ years of experience in . FP&A or similar financial roles. Strong background in . financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Experience in . e-commerce, tech, or fast-growing environments. is a strong plus. Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and structured in your thinking. Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
