We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist who is fluent in Spanish to join our dynamic team based in South America. This role is vital in ensuring our Spanish-speaking clients receive exceptional service and support, helping them maximise the value of our platform and achieve their health objectives.. . Responsibilities. . Provide exceptional customer service and support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.. . . Respond to member inquiries related to subscriptions, billing, platform usage, and general support requests.. . Handle fitness and nutrition-related questions with an intermediate level of knowledge, escalating more complex cases when needed.. . Support trainers by relaying member feedback and helping resolve routine requests on their behalf.. . Spot recurring issues and suggest process improvements when relevant.. . Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent, high-quality member support.. . . Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.. . Required Skills & Experience:. . . Previous experience in Customer Support/Member Support roles.. . Strong written communication skills (Spanish required).. . Intermediate knowledge of nutrition and fitness principles.. . Ability to explain fitness and nutrition concepts clearly and simply.. . Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.. .
