We are seeking an experienced Agentic Artificial Intelligence Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent systems that support end-to-end marketing workflows. This role focuses on developing Artificial Intelligence-driven solutions that assist with campaign setup, creative testing, reporting, and video content pipelines in a fast-paced startup environment.. You will work closely with marketing and data teams to identify high-impact use cases for Artificial Intelligence, while ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and compliant with platform policies.. Core Tasks:. Design and implement Artificial Intelligence-powered systems that support planning, execution, and optimization of marketing workflows. Build multi-step agent frameworks integrating LLMs, APIs, and marketing platforms. Develop memory, reasoning, and feedback mechanisms to improve system performance over time. Create automation pipelines connecting data sources such as CRMs, spreadsheets, and analytics tools. Build and maintain Artificial Intelligence pipelines for video content generation and processing. Monitor system performance, logging, and reliability to ensure safe and efficient operation. Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business goals into technical solutions. Must Haves:. 5+ years of professional software development experience (Python or Node.js). Strong understanding of LLMs, vector databases, agent frameworks, and API orchestration. Hands-on experience integrating marketing or analytics APIs in a compliant manner. Experience with prompt engineering, tool calling, and task planning. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to work full-time within the EST time zone. Nice to Haves:.
