To help with this, we’re looking for an Education Program Strategist who will architect, introduce, and grow our customer learning programs, covering everything from first-time activation to advanced enablement. The role combines content planning, pedagogical design, and operational oversight to build repeatable processes that help our teams empower customers to get the most from Figma.. Success in this role is defined by accelerating new users to meaningful activation milestones and delivering educational programs that drive measurable improvements in product adoption, account growth, and retention. Training content will become a foundational, scalable asset that enables Advocates, Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing to better support customers. The customer education function will operate with clarity and predictability, supported by well-defined roles, standardized processes, and measurable outcomes.. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States. . What you’ll do at Figma:. Help drive the company's customer education strategy by working with the team to build structured curricula that guide customers from their first login to advanced, high-value workflows. Develop and maintain a portfolio of education content across formats and channels that iterate quickly alongside the product. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure education initiatives support product launches, adoption goals, and key customer milestones. Establish metrics for activation, usage, and retention; analyze content performance and continuously iterate to improve outcomes. Project manage content development efforts across a variety of functions (motion designers, education designers, content strategists), and co-ordinate timelines with content distribution teams. Have 5+ years of experience in customer education, enablement, or instructional design within a SaaS or product-led environment. Are highly organized and excel at building scalable systems, including campaign and content calendars. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, matching high product velocity, and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Have built systems that support intake, triage, prioritization, and delivery for content requests. Hands-on experience with Figma or similar technologies. If based in Figma’s San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below.    . Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
