What we are looking for:. .  . . . 5+ years of experience with Kubernetes, with a proven track record of managing non-managed (on-prem) clusters.. . Expert knowledge of Helm (v3), including creating custom templates, hooks, and managing complex dependencies.. . Strong proficiency in Terraform and Ansible for provisioning hardware and configuring nodes.. . Deep understanding of CNI providers (Calico, Cilium, or Flannel) and experience managing TLS certificates via Cert-Manager.. . Advanced Linux administration skills (Ubuntu/RHEL), including kernel tuning for high-performance container workloads.. . High proficiency in Go or Python for building custom Kubernetes operators or automation tools.. . Use Terraform and Ansible to automate the provisioning and configuration of our physical and virtual infrastructure.. . Implement and tune CNI providers (e.g., Calico or Cilium) and manage enterprise-grade security via RBAC, Network Policies, and Vault.. . Configure CSI drivers for local/distributed storage solutions (Ceph, Longhorn, or NetApp) to ensure data persistence and performance.. .
