Licensed Sales - Home Equity at Hometap. Location Information: USA. Who You Are. We're seeking ambitious, NMLS-licensed professionals to join our sales team. You'll connect with homeowners considering a Hometap investment, educate them on the product, and guide them through the application process from first call to close.. This role is a great fit if you have a strong drive toward success, bring empathy to your conversations, and have experience in a closing sales role. You're comfortable navigating compliance requirements and enthusiastic about delivering a best-in-class customer experience.. What You'll Do. Engage with inbound leads, using your licensing expertise to provide compliant information while connecting with empathy to understand each homeowner's circumstances. Serve as a single point of contact throughout the investment process – providing status updates, responding to questions, requesting documentation – while maintaining a high volume of daily calls. Coordinate with internal teams (processors, underwriters, etc.) to ensure efficient processes for homeowners. Manage your pipeline using Salesforce and Hometap's proprietary Hub, keeping applications up to date and communicating next steps to homeowners and internal stakeholders. Become an expert in Hometap's home equity investment (HEI) product and unique sales approach, actively participating in training and ongoing coaching. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Stay current on the competitive landscape and collaborate with colleagues across originations, marketing, and legal to resolve questions and improve the homeowner experience. What You Bring. 2+ years of mortgage lending or loan origination experience with an active NMLS license in good standing. Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Technical aptitude to master internal tools; Salesforce experience is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Strong ethical judgment and commitment to regulatory compliance. A collaborative, team-oriented approach.
