Act as a.  bridge between Product teams and the Data organization. , translating business needs into data requirements. . Partner with Product Managers.  to define, analyze, and interpret business and product metrics to enable clear, reliable decision-making. . Own and oversee event tracking – define requirements, validate implementation, and ensure consistency over time. . Collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Consultants to . build and improve production-ready data models for Product Analytics. . Use Databricks (SQL / Spark) to . analyze business performance and user behavior. , as well as present.  insights in Power BI. . Support A/B tests by defining success metrics and interpreting results. . Qualifications. 3+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Analytics, or similar analytical role. . Strong SQL skills.  and experience working with large datasets in cloud data platforms (Databricks is a plus) . Proven experience in . KPI defining and Event Tracking. . Familiarity with . Reporting Tools . (Power BI - is a plus). . Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into . clear business recommendations. . Ability to work . independently. , take ownership, and consult stakeholders. . Fluency in both Polish and English (B2+). . Nice to have:. Exposure to e-commerce platforms or products..
