As an Event Production Co-op, you’ll support flagship events like INBOUND, the international GROW series, and regional field events by ensuring operational excellence across attendee experience, production support, and event logistics. You’ll sit at the intersection of customer service, live event operations, and production coordination—building foundational experience in large-scale B2B event production while directly impacting the attendee journey. This is an opportunity to learn how complex events come together—from planning through execution—at a global scale.. What You’ll Do. Support event production and management by assisting with INBOUND, Partner Day logistics, and other Global Events logistics, preparing event materials, helping with setup and breakdown, assisting with event supplies, branded merchandise item,s and providing general support to the production team while learning about all aspects of live event execution.. Serve as one of the primary points of contact for attendee inquiries, resolving issues with empathy, accuracy, and speed across HubSpot’s global event portfolio.. Assist with day-to-day attendee and HubSpotter communication, such as our Slack channels and online communities. . Maintain and improve event support documentation, canned responses, and internal knowledge bases to ensure consistent attendee communications.. Organize, archive, and distribute post-event media assets, including video, photography, and session recordings.
