Bachelor's or advanced degree in a clinical discipline (PA, NP, APRN, RN) Minimum 7 years of clinical practice (post-clinical training) Minimum 3 years of procedural or surgical experience Active clinical experience and familiarity with EHR systems or healthcare SaaS platforms Occasional travel may be required. Certifications in clinical informatics, clinical documentation improvement (CDI), or healthcare IT. Experience with health care regulatory compliance and audits (CMS, The Joint Commission, AAAHC) Knowledge of medical coding standards (e.g., ICD-10, CPT).
