In this high-impact role, you will be the design leader for the entire ads platform ecosystem, including the end-to-end experience of ads.reddit.com. Product-Led Growth:. Lead the design of features that drive self-service adoption, such as in-platform insights, recommendations, and advanced reporting insights.. Organizational Scaling:.
