Job Title: ERP Manager (Oracle & SAP) Location: Remote   About the Role  We are seeking a skilled and dynamic ERP Manager to lead our Oracle & SAP ERP strategy across multiple modules. The ideal candidate is not only strong technically but also business-savvy, capable of making key decisions, hiring ERP talent, and driving end-to-end ERP implementations.   Key Responsibilities . Lead ERP implementation, upgrades & integration (Oracle & SAP).. Manage 4–5 SAP modules (MM, ABAP, FI/CO, SD, PP, etc.).. Partner with leadership to align ERP systems with business goals.. Screen, hire & build ERP teams as per project requirements.. Ensure ERP compliance, reporting, and system security.. Collaborate with vendors & stakeholders for seamless operations.. Provide strategic ERP insights for business decision-making..   We’re Looking For . 10–15+ years of ERP experience with Oracle + SAP expertise.. Proven track record in end-to-end ERP implementation.. Strong functional & technical exposure across multiple SAP modules.. Ability to recruit, lead, and mentor ERP professionals.. Excellent communication, leadership & stakeholder management skills..
