Monthly Rate: . $800-1200 (based on a 25-hour workweek; flexible depending on experience). What You’ll Do. Design and implement automation workflows across business operations. Set up and connect tools like CRMs, Google Forms, chatbots, and AI voice assistants. Build with no-code/low-code platforms such as Make and N8N. Collaborate with the founder to define workflow needs and translate them into working automations. Document workflows and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Stay up to date with automation and AI trends to suggest improvements. What We’re Looking For. 3+ years of experience with automation tools (e.g., Make, Zapier, N8N). Strong understanding of CRM systems, ideally those used in schools, institutions, or professional services. Ability to build end-to-end automation flows with minimal supervision. Strong spoken and written English (must be clearly understandable to UK-based clients). Nice-to-Haves. Experience with chatbots, AI voice tools, or smart form automation.
