We’re growing our implementation team and looking for an Implementation Specialist with a strong interest in Zuper implementations and operational systems, who is comfortable supporting HubSpot as a secondary CRM and reporting platform. . . What You’ll Do. Our clients rely on Evenbound to guide them through complex system implementations, particularly when rolling out Zuper for field service operations and integrating it with their broader CRM and RevOps stack.. This role exists to support the hands-on configuration, implementation, and client guidance required to successfully deploy Zuper, while ensuring clean, reliable data flow into HubSpot and other connected systems.. As an Implementation Specialist, you will focus primarily on Zuper implementations, with secondary responsibility for HubSpot configuration and system alignment.. Zuper Implementation & Configuration (Primary Focus). Configure Zuper environments to support client field service workflows, including jobs, work orders, scheduling, dispatching, assets, and service contracts. Collaborate with clients to understand real-world operational processes and translate them into effective Zuper configurations. Support user setup, permissions, statuses, and workflow customization within Zuper. Assist with testing, refinement, and go-live readiness for Zuper implementations. Document Zuper processes and configurations in clear, client-friendly language. CRM & HubSpot Support (Secondary Focus). Support HubSpot as the system of record for customer, company, and reporting data. Configure HubSpot objects, properties, pipelines, and basic automation to align with Zuper workflows. Assist with Zuper–HubSpot integrations to ensure accurate, timely data syncs. Support data imports, cleanup, and ongoing system hygiene. Client-Facing Collaboration. Participate in client meetings to gather requirements, review system setups, and guide users through new workflows. Help clients understand how Zuper and HubSpot work together within their broader tech stack. Communicate implementation decisions clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Provide steady, consultative guidance during change management moments. Cross-Tool Learning & Delivery Support. Learn additional operational and RevOps tools used alongside Zuper and HubSpot. Collaborate closely with Senior HubSpot Strategists, Program Managers, and other delivery team members. Support QA, UAT, and post-launch optimization efforts. Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and documentation over time. . Qualifications:. We’re looking for someone who has:. 2-4 years experience working in a consultancy or implementation agency. Proficient in all HubSpot Hubs with certifications. Experience implementing or supporting Zuper, field service management software, or similar operational platforms, or a strong desire to learn. Comfort working directly with clients and translating real-world workflows into system setups. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Clear, confident communication skills in client-facing environments. Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, integrations, and technical concepts.
