We're looking for a motivated summer intern to help build and refine an AI-powered chatbot for the Netwrix product documentation site. You'll work with modern AI tools, including Claude Code, to create a chatbot that helps users find answers across our documentation. This is a hands-on role where you'll have real ownership over your work and the freedom to solve problems your own way.. Key Responsibilities. Develop and improve an AI chatbot integrated with the Netwrix documentation site. Work with Claude Code and large language models (LLMs) to develop chatbot functionality. Set and work toward defined project goals with autonomy over your approach. Required Qualifications. Currently enrolled college student (rising sophomore, junior, or senior). Strong reading comprehension and writing skills. Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Strong communication skills — you reach out early and often when you have questions. Willingness to learn new tools and frameworks. Nice to have. Experience working with LLMs and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, or others). Familiarity with IDEs, such as VS Code. Programming experience in any language - JavaScript, TypeScript, and/or Python are preferred. Experience with command line interface (CLI) tools.
