Job Responsibilities. Design and execute the AI automation roadmap across the organization. Map and redesign end-to-end processes to unlock automation opportunities. Identify and prioritize high-impact (20/80) leverage points. Build or orchestrate AI agents, LLM workflows, and automation systems (RAG, APIs, pipelines). Define governance, monitoring, and performance frameworks for AI systems. Drive cross-functional adoption across Product, Marketing, Ops, and Data. Lead technical decision-making, balancing innovation with scalability and reliability. Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems to measure impact. Improve workflows to accelerate time-to-production (2x speed). Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing AI team. 5+ years leading high-performance tech teams in dynamic environments. Strong experience in AI/ML systems (LLMs, APIs, automation workflows, MLOps). Proven ability to design scalable architectures and distributed systems. Hands-on experience with tools such as LangChain, AWS, FastAPI, . Node.js. or similar. Strong systems thinking and ability to connect technology with business outcomes. Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking KPIs and performance metrics. Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environments. Excellent communicator, able to translate complex AI concepts into business value. Strong ownership, prioritization (20/80), and execution skills
