Job Responsibilities. We’re looking for a . DevOps (Cloud Engineer) Lead. to own our cloud infrastructure, data platforms, and DevOps/DataOps strategy end-to-end.. Architect and scale AWS infrastructure (S3, Redshift, Glue, EMR, Lambda, ECS). Lead Infrastructure as Code using Terraform/Terragrunt. Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for high-velocity deployments. Design and evolve ETL pipelines and data platform architecture. Drive containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Establish observability: monitoring, logging, alerting. Ensure security, compliance, and cost-efficient cloud operations. Lead incident management and improve system reliability. Define DevOps/DataOps standards across teams. Mentor engineers and elevate technical excellence. 7+ years of experience. in DevOps / Cloud Engineering, with at least . 2+ years in a Lead or Senior role. Proven track record designing and scaling . AWS infrastructure in high-traffic, production environments. Strong expertise in . Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Terragrunt). in complex, multi-environment setups. Deep experience building and optimizing . CI/CD pipelines. for fast, reliable deployments. Hands-on experience with . data architecture and ETL pipelines. at scale. Advanced scripting skills (. Python, Bash, or similar. ). Solid experience with . Docker and Kubernetes in production environments. Strong understanding of . distributed systems, scalability, and reliability engineering principles. Experience leading . architecture decisions, incident management, and system reliability improvements. Proven ability to . mentor engineers and raise the bar of DevOps/DataOps practices across teams.
